Warranty & Returns

What is the ClamCase warranty?

ClamCase® warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery for your original purchase. Under the 1 year warranty, your item may be replaced depending on the extent of defects. Your warranty only applies to the specific device model that was purchased and is non transferable.

We will not accept returns on a personalized ClamCase®. ClamCase® is NOT responsible for damage to your ClamCase® caused by customer accident or error.

ClamCase® takes absolutely no responsibility for any damage or malfunction in any implied or expressed warranty or guarantee for your separately purchased Apple® iPad.

What is ClamCase’s return policy?

All items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Can I make a warranty claim without a receipt?

For a warranty claim, we will need you to provide the proof of purchase if your ClamCase was not purchased from our site, or the order number that was included in the order confirmation email sent upon purchase.

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, ClamCase’s liability is limited, at its sole option, to replace the product.

How do I order replacement parts for my ClamCase?

To order a replacement USB charging cable, please call customer support at 1-888-882-4440. Unfortunately at this time we do not send out replacement keys for your ClamCase Keyboard.

How do I return/replace my ClamCase?

If you need to return or replace your unit, you can fill out the Warranty/Return form here. For warranty requests the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to ClamCase. ClamCase will cover the cost of sending the replacement. Your unit will be tested upon its arrival for the defects expressed in your RMA form. If we find that your unit has no defect and is working, we will be shipping your original unit back to the address you have provided.

How long is my RMA number valid for?

Your RMA number is valid for 60 days. If you do not return your defective product within 60 days you will need to place an additional warranty request to receive a new RMA number.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be processed into your account 3-5 days from the date that we receive your unit.

How do I receive a refund if I purchased from an authorized reseller?

You must adhere to the terms and conditions of the authorized reseller. All items purchased through the reseller must be returned to the reseller.
