To turn on your ClamCase, toggle the on/off switch to the on position. This is located on the left side of the ClamCase. If your iPad has fallen asleep, simply press any key to wake it.

Your iPad is secured into the ClamCase by two long thin clips located at thetop and bottom of the cover. To insert your iPad, place your iPad inside the bottom clip of the ClamCase. Next, press your iPad into thetop clip of the ClamCase and it will snap in securely. To remove, snap back thetop clip of the ClamCase and release your iPad.
1. Go to iPad Settings > Bluetooth Settings
2. To the right of ‘ClamCase Pro Keyboard’, there should be a blue ‘i’ icon. Please tap the icon and then tap ‘Forget This Device’. Then press ‘OK’ once prompted

5. Wait 60 seconds and turn iPad back on and Bluetooth on
6. Power on ClamCase
7. ClamCase should then show up under ‘Other Devices’ under Bluetooth setting
8. If you do not see ‘ClamCase Pro Keyboard’ under bluetooth devices hold the Bluetooth key located on keyboard for 5-10 seconds to engage Bluetooth pairing on ClamCase
9. Once ‘ClamCase Pro Keyboard’ appears under bluetooth devices, tap the device to reconnect your ClamCase Pro
We recommend using a dampened, soft cloth. No solutions or chemicals should be used to clean your ClamCase.
Your ClamCase keyboard will automatically enter power save mode if it has been idle for over 10 minutes. To wake it up, simply press any key on the keyboard. The power/pair LED will flash to let you know your keyboard is awake and ready for use.

Under the 1 year warranty, your item may be replaced depending on the extent of defects. Your warranty only applies to the specific device model that was purchased and is non transferable.
